Wheel & Sprocket – Enjoy Your Ride!

[🎶] [birds chirping] Cycling, to us, is more than just having a
bike shop; it’s really supporting a lifestyle. Bikes really help address some of our complex problems in society. Whether you’re riding for leisure, for recreation, or you’re riding for transport or for commuting, there’s lots of good reasons to ride bikes. There are bikes for every purpose. We really think that bikes are awesome, and we want to spread the word. Wheel & Sprocket grew throughout the years with a mission to share our passion for bikes and to make a positive difference in our community. We love bikes, and we want to help all kinds
of people fall in love with riding in a way that’s fun and exciting for them. Throughout the years, Wheel & Sprocket has grown from one small shop to many because we also love people and we’re committed to great customer service. We know that there’s a bike for every person at every stage of life, and we’re here to guide you along the way. As we look towards the future, we are excited
to grow, and get more people on bikes, and take Wheel & Sprocket to the next level. Sometimes I say the coworkers are like family and the customers are like friends. It’s a fun dynamic, you know, and a lot of people have very stressful jobs,
or jobs that they don’t love, and, you know, you can see that a lot of our customers come
in here because they get away from that– talk about cycling, talk about the ride they
did last week, talk about going for a ride with their kids or the bike race that they’re gonna do this summer. We want to make sure you’re on the right bike, we want to make sure you have the right components, the right parts; we never just push you out the door and cross our fingers and hope that it’s the right thing. I think it’s that sustainability kind of
thought process where we really think about, like, outside of our four walls, what can
we do to help make it easier and more inviting; lower some barriers for you to ride. It is
truly where I want to be focused. As bikes become more prevalent on our streets, as more infrastructure is built, as more trails are built, bikes are becoming more visible and more people are coming into the shop to re-engage with that experience that they already have. Most people know how to ride bikes. There’s a bike for everybody, and if we can connect people with the right bikes, we’re really confident that they’ll enjoy the ride. [🎶]
