Tusk UTV Rear Bumper, Cargo Rack, & Spare Tire Carrier Review

Tusk UTV Rear Bumper, Cargo Rack, & Spare Tire Carrier Review

Hi, I’m Eric from Rocky Mountain ATV MC, and
today I want to tell you about one of our best selling products. This is our Tusk Rear
Bumper, Cargo Rack and Spare Tire Carrier. So when we were designing this thing, we wanted
it to be durable and so to do that of course we went to the frame and that also makes it
really simple to put together. To mount it, it’s simple. It just goes to the frame, there’s
four bolts that’s going to go on the frame, the RZR is a little different, but it’s the
same basic thing, it goes right into the frame and then there is this big gnarly clamp up
here. And this clamp, its not going to go anywhere, it’s over-built. Over here on the arctic cat, we kind of have
this one fixed up a little bit as far as some of the things you can attach to it. The RZR,
it incorporates the bumper, but the arctic cat kind of got this XO cage anyways, and
so we didn’t feel like we needed to protect tail lights as much and so we tried to make
it a little sleeker, try to match the lines so it looks good aesthetically. On this one, you can see we’ve obviously got
a cooler up here on top. That’s for your big camping trips. It leaves the bed open for
whatever else you need. We’ve got a cargo bag down here, and it works great. You can
get snacks or whatever down low. We also have on this one the fuel container,
the fuel pack on here. This one’s a a RotopaX, we made sure that you could also put a Kolpin
on there as well. You have to do a little bit of drilling to do your mounts, but it
will accommodate a fuel pack. On this one we’ve got the high lift jack on
here. There is plenty of room on this cage to bolt things to. We’ve got fire extinguisher,
pretty much anything you need to take with you on a trip to be gone all day, or be gone
the weekend. And you don’t have to run the spare tire if you don’t want to. It just bolts
to the rack as well, so if you are going out to the dunes for a day, you don’t think your
are going to need the spare tire, you want to lose some weight, whatever, you can actually
take the whole spare tire rack off and it looks good. As you can see, if you’ve got a side-by-side,
you need this tusk rear bumper, cargo rack spare tire carrier. You can get all these
accessories. You can get the tires, the wheels, the jack, the fuel packs, the bags, everything
you need at rockymountainatvmc.com. Come check us out. Thanks for watching.

  1. do you offer a rear window that is not Fabric with this bumper set up?
i have the bumper and a fabric rear window that does not fit to well

  2. Why do you show this on an arctic cat but you do not offer it on your website? We also called and the lady said it is not available for the Arctic cat?

  3. I have one on my wildcat 1000 and I am taking if off and putting the regular bumper back on. It worked as advertised but for me it was a weight issue. You put the rack on, then the high lift jack, then the 4 gallons of gas, then a cooler, then the spare tire. It was just an invitation to add way to much weight. People forget their UTV's have a haul weight limit/suggestion. Want to make your springs start to sag just keep adding weight.

  4. A guy on eBay sold me one of these for an 800 even tho I told him I have a 2011 900xp. It looks like it's the same only I need the adapter. Where can I get that adapter?
