hi I’m Brian J Anderson systems
administrator at attraction on the man here in Burnaby British Columbia
traction on demand is North America’s largest independent sales force and
application development company we have about 600 employees and about 450 lines
of omander price as an IT team at tracks on demand our main goal is basically to
automate ourselves out of a job and Amanda prize was one of the main players
that we came across that kind of fit the bill for our cultural values and our
business values you know putting everything up into the cloud and making
sure our customers and our communities are connected as much as possible and a
hosted solution like human enterprise just jump over straight at it when I
started attraction on the man I was just a helpdesk administrator straight out of
school we were using a legacy system that was you know it was on-premise and
it was clunky user interface and you know the team was really lean at the
time it was myself and another one of our Tech’s when we switched to more
enterprise it was we ripped it all out we ripped out our old system over a
weekend and the setup with whom enterprises support was just amazing and
we popped in all our new phones took out our old servers and you know basically
were up overnight so one of the coolest things that no matter price was able to
give us that our legacy system couldn’t is API access so we actually got one of
our in-house developers to build on top of our already automating ourselves out
of a job for our user onboarding building our users Active Directory and
such we actually get the choice now to build them a phone and the extension and
the direct inward dial and add them to call flows specific time zones and
different ring groups it has made our lives immeasurably better so here at
traction on men we call our remote users everywhere and Umrah Enterprise has
helped us help our Everywhere’s feel a lot more part of the company because you know our mantra is making sure that their desk at home is essentially the
exact same desk that they would get if they were coming to the office, shouldn’t
be any different and one of the big things is umer Enterprise allows us to
actually hand them a physical desk phone that they can have at their home just
like they would have it here you can dial an extension from this office to
somebody’s house in the middle of nowhere
connect just like you would in office
