How to reset Tire Pressure Light on Nissan Juke – Nissan Juke TPMS Reset

Hello everyone it’s ‘Lurgs’ here and welcome to my channel and I get a lot of views from people in Australia so G’day mates, No worries. So in this video, I’ll show you how to reset the tire pressure warning system on your Nissan Juke. So if you’re just driving along in your Nissan Juke and you get the tire pressure warning light come up on your dashboard It means that one or more of your tires is under inflated But before I show you how to reset the system, let’s have a nice cup of tea Right, so what you need to do is just go around all 4 tires and check the tire pressures Now depending on what kind of style of wheel and alloy wheels you’ve got the tire pressures will vary so just make sure that you pump up each tire to exactly the correct pressure as it says in the manual or on the tire around the edge. So I did notice this front left hand side is pretty low so I’m just pumping that up to the correct pressure. And I’m just going to go around and check all 4 tires Okay, so now I’ve got all 4 tires at the exact correct pressure and I need to reset that light on the dashboard. So we’re going to be using this button here. So what you need to do is you need to put the ignition key in and you have to have the ignition on. When the ignition is actually on then what you do is you hold down the button here for 3 seconds. And then what happens is the tire pressure warning light will flash on the dashboard to indicate that the system has been reset. Nw once you’ve reset the system you then need to go for a drive at more than I think it’s 15 mph and then the system will learn that it’s all been reset and you should have fixed the problem. Now if you’ve got a flashing warning light like this, then that means the TPMS sensor is missing at one of the wheels or it’s incorrect or it’s malfunctioning or you might have some radio interference or there is actually a parts malfunction. So you probably will need to take that in to a Nissan dealer, or get an OBD2 reader and find out what the error code is. And I’d just like to say thank you to my Missus for driving me home today. 2. Gosh thank you so much for this, as a very independent lady driver, I like to deal with things myself…I was terrified when I saw the warning light, gingerly crept to the garage to check and inflate all tyres. Then as I set off HORROR the light was STILL ON… So I thought 'it may need resetting' spotted your video and 'relief'….I'm good to go and feel quite proud of myself! So thank you x

  3. I don't know what kind of juke that is but here in America they don't have that button at all I'm sitting here looking all over the place no such character
