How To Install ProRack Tire Option


Layout all of the components that were included in your package in front of the ProRack you are installing on. Bars A, B, F, I, J, K, L & M 4 short bolts and nuts 4 long bolts and nuts You will need a wrench to properly complete the installation Install bars I & J on the inside of C & E using existing bolts. Install bars A & B between bars C & D using existing bolts. Connect rear bar F by overlapping it with bars A and B using one of the last holes depending on the circumference of your tire. Then, connect front bar F to I & A and J & B. With a wrench, tighten all bolts and you’re done! Install your extension bars M to your D bars using long bolts. Install bars K & L on the inside of C & E using existing bolts. Install bars A & B in part M using long bolts. Connect rear bar F by overlapping it with bars A and B using one of the last holes depending on the circumference of your tire. Then, connect front bar F to K & A and L & B. With a wrench, tighten all bolts and you’re done!

  1. I think that you mean a diameter of 25" requires the use of the extension bars, not circumference. A tire with a circumference of 25" would only have a diameter of 8".
