this is the exercise for hip
impingement you just need any material i’m using my wife’s trousers in for any
piece of plastic is fine then you want to tie it around a fixed object which
will act as an anchor and then you tie the other end of material around your
ankle like so once you’ve done that sitting in an upright position you move
yourself further and further away from the anchor until you feel a pull going
through your hip fracture in your hip this is a great release for hip
impingement you have in this position for three minutes and when you release
your hip or feel a lot for you a lot Lisa and do this every day until your
hip impingement resolves
