Dead Bolt Spare Tire Lock Review – etrailer.com

Today we’re going to be taking a look
at the deadbolt spare tire lock. This is part number 4324, the solid two piece
field constructed lock, we’ll remove this for you, designed to go through one of our
lug nut holes, just like that. Place the front portion on, and then all we
have to do is hold our key still while we turn that at the rear.As you can see this
is going to into our spare tire lug nut holes preventing it from being used even if they
do remove it from that vehicle or camper, what have you. It’s got a nice black rubber cap that’s
going to go over the end. This works for rim sizes anywhere from a 1/4
inch thick all the way up to 7/8ths of an inch thick. They can be keyed alike if you
have several different trailers and you want to use the same key. There is this keyed alike selection that you
can make there on the website, and you can get your keys keyed alike.
