3 Things To Expect: Wheel & Tire Packages

– Hi there, this is Alex,
and we wanna thank you for your recent purchase
through the EC network. Now we take just as much
pride preparing your order as we do shipping it. So here are three things
you should come to expect before receiving your order. (light music) So the first thing is to ensure that the safety seal has not been broken. Every order, before it
leaves Extreme Customs is wrapped with a safety seal. Now if that safety seal
has been tampered with, that’s a red flag that
something might of happened during transportation. (light music) The second step then after you’ve ensured that the safety seal is
still intact on your order, is to make sure that it is
still banded to the pallet. Now some carriers may
choose to add a few layers of extra wrap to your order, to ensure that it makes
it to it’s destination. This is not an uncommon circumstance, however if it looks like the pallet has been wrapped improperly
or poorly, that’s a red flag that there may be an
issue with your order. Now we use all the top quality materials when we package your order, and we use it on a per-wheel basis. So we take upmost care
in packaging your order to make sure that it
makes it to you safely without any damage. However, after inspecting your wheels, if you do find something damaged, it is imperative that
brings me to the third step, to take pictures. Now you can take a picture of the order when it is received, right on the truck, as far as how it’s wrapped. This can help us deem
whether or not that package was re-wrapped during transportation, because we follow a set standard here when we send pallets out the door. Now if you do find an issue, all you have to do is take pictures, and refuse the damaged product. Now this doesn’t mean
that you have to refuse all four wheels, if you
find one damaged wheel. You can just refuse one of the wheels, and then contact one of our
service representatives, and they will make sure
they get that issue taken care of for you. Now we insure every order
coming out the doors here at Extreme Customs,
that’s why urge you to inspect the package before delivery. Now it is imperative that before you sign, it doesn’t matter if the driver
says that he’s in a rush, and has to go, he has to
wait until you’ve inspected your order completely, because
that’s your hard-earned money that’s gone into that package, deliver it to your door safely. So again, if you find
any issues in your order, make sure you take pictures,
document the whole process, and that will help us on our end, rectify the situation,
and get you a good product on it’s way promptly. (light music)
